Shipping Policy

At META NUTRITION, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered using EasyParcel as our logistics partner.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped


2. Shipping Partner

We use EasyParcel, a trusted logistics platform in Malaysia, to deliver your orders through selected courier partners.

Courier selection is based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Courier availability

META NUTRITION reserves the right to choose the most suitable courier for each order.


3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 4–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak periods (sales, promotions, public holidays)


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates via EasyParcel

  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is caused by META NUTRITION.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be provided

  • You may track your parcel via EasyParcel or the assigned courier’s website

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Failure to respond to courier attempts

The parcel may be returned to us or held by the courier. Any re-delivery or re-shipping fees will be borne by the customer.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete.

META NUTRITION shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect address details

  • Parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error


8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date

  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if applicable)

We will assist in raising a case with EasyParcel and the courier. Resolution time may vary depending on the courier’s investigation process.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

We do not deliver to:

  • P.O. Box addresses

  • International destinations


10. Policy Changes

META NUTRITION reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
