Refund and Returns Policy

At META NUTRITION, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. By purchasing from us, you agree to the policy stated below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we only accept returns under specific conditions to ensure product safety and quality.

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The seal or packaging has been broken

  • The return request is made after 7 days from delivery

  • The issue is due to personal preference, taste, or change of mind


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Free gifts or bonus items


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after verification.

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as META NUTRITION is not responsible for lost return shipments.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy stated above.


7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, refunds will be processed and customers may place a new order separately.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact us for assistance


9. Policy Changes

META NUTRITION reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
